This package is perfect for businesses looking for a reliable On Hold System without advanced messaging and music programming options. Provided you have a phone system that allows callers to be placed on hold and capability for an audio device (like a radio to be connected on hold), you are ready to go! Our playback equipment will provide you with an on hold system that is sure to run endlessly without fail.
On Hold System
After learning what you deem to be the main selling points of your business, we will then craft appropriate hold messages that best communicate to your callers. Upon script approval, the messages will then be recorded by our talented Voice Artists and mixed with suitable music. Remember, the production isn’t finalised until you are 100% satisfied!

This is very simple. Just advise Evolved Sound as to any scripting changes you wish to make, and your update will be delivered via email immediately for implementation.

Music Only On Hold Package
This package is designed for businesses that do not want a customised On Hold Message, but would like specialty music playing during caller On Hold time. All instrumental music for telephone playback from Evolved Sound is completely licence free. This can result in a significant money saver for your business, particularly for businesses with multiple phone lines or locations.
On Hold System
Evolved Sound will help you select music that perfectly complements both the vision and tone of your business. We’ve been at this for a long time, and are always happy to give our expert opinion…or, you can take the reins and make your own selection. We will be involved as little or as much as you would like. Our unparalleled music library includes the following selections: Soft Sounds, Jazz, Relaxing, Funky, Instrumental, Piano, Smooth Sound, Dance, Guitar, Latin, Acid Jazz and Classical. Through our direct registration with most major record companies globally we also have the capacity to supply commercially released on hold music. This service is subject to additional licensing costs though. |
You can choose to have either 4, 8 or 12 tracks from our library pre-loaded into your system.
Premium packages are also available with over 500 tracks per music mix for maximum variety to your valued callers.
